Terms and conditioners for Warranty Appliances:
1. All Hydrixx products are covered under our General Warranty for the period specified at the time of purchase. Warranty coverage applies only to manufacturing defects and is subject to the terms and conditions outlined in our General Warranty policy.
2.All warranty claims must be verified and approved by an Hydrixx Authorized Service Contractor, as arranged by the Hydrixx Customer Care Center. For assistance, please contact us at 013-288 4040.
3.After the expiry of the general warranty period, the warranty is excludes:- labour, transportation, accessories, general maintenance and service costs incurred.
4. Warranty Coverage Limitations
The warranty is valid only for:
Products used in a non-commercial, residential environment
Manufacturing defects affecting normal operation
The warranty does not apply if:
The product has been modified in any way
The product is used for commercial purposes
Failure to comply with these conditions will result in the warranty being void.
5.Important Notes
Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) and the product serial number are required for all warranty claims.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, consumable parts (e.g., filters), or damages caused by improper use, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
