Thank you for shopping with Hydrixx. We strive to ensure you have a rewarding experience while exploring and purchasing our products.
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we encourage you to review our Refunds and Returns Policy.
1. Return Window
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Unfortunately, if more than 7 days have passed since your item was delivered, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging as received.
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Note: Items purchased as “Final Sale” or during a clearance event are not eligible for return, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
3. The Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of its receipt.
- Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
- Timeline: The refund will typically be credited within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
4. Shipping Cost
- Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for the shipping costs when returning an item. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Defective Items: If you are returning an item because it arrived damaged or incorrect, Hydrixx will cover the return shipping costs.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. To exchange an item for the same model, please email us at hydrixxos.my@gmail.com.
