  • Hydrixx operates through a network of sales agents, online platforms & authorized physical stores across the country. 

 

Q. Is Hydrixx water purifier products safe to use?

  • Yes. Our water purification systems have certified by both MS Sirim & Jakim Halal in Malaysia.

 

Q. What is the benefit of tankless water purifier? 

  • Energy Saving: Tankless water purifier consumes less electricity than Tank Type water purifier. This is because there is no constant heating on tankless system, it will only consume electricity upon usage.
  • Contaminant-Free: Tankless product such as Hydrixx Neocare is designed to prevent secondary contamination from air in the environment, producing direct fresh water.
  • Convenience: With a touch of button, you get unlimited hot, cold and ambient water instantly without waiting.

 

 Q. How frequently Hydrixx products needs to be serviced?
 
  • For water and air purifiers, the service cycle is 4 months or 6 months.
  • For air cooler, the service cycle is 6 months and 18 months.

 

Q. What to expect after I complete my order?

  • Once your order and registration are complete, our customer support team will contact you to arrange the delivery and installation date for the product at the address provided.
