There is no charge for basic product installation which includes standard water tubing up to 10 meters length and standard valve.
At the moment, installation services are available exclusively for our products within the Kuala Lumpur and Selangor areas. Please contact us for further information.
Our technical team will contact you to arrange the product delivery and installation once your purchase has been successfully completed.
The process typically takes approximately 3–5 working days after order confirmation.
We can perform surface drilling on wooden and plastic countertops with your consent. However, for drilling on marble, granite, or stainless-steel surfaces, as well as any hacking work, we kindly advise engaging a professional contractor.
For tankless type water purifier, the minimum water pressure is 1.2 Bar / 17.4 Psi.
For tank type water purifier, the minimum water pressure is 0.5 Bar / 7.2 Psi.
If the water pressure at your premises falls below the required PSI level, you may need to install a booster pump at your own expense.
